The warm-up is designed to help properly increase your heart rate, loosen joints and muscles, and minimize the risk of potential injuries before jumping into the strenuous activity of the class. Then our kickboxing instructors will coach you through each segment of the workout. Having an instructor guide you through the class, pushing your limits in ways that will benefit your body. The cooldown will help you safely lower your heart rate and stretching all the muscles that were worked during the kickboxing class.

Proper Form

It is the kickboxing instructors job to not only teach proper jabbing and kicking form but to also make sure that everyone in the group is executing each movement correctly to get the most out of the workout. Proper form will help optimize your workout and helps you avoid any potential injury.
